The Rosso di Montepulciano represents for us the younger sibling of Vino Nobile, a wine with a clear history and identity, made from a selection of Sangiovese grapes and a small amount of Merlot, cultivated in the new vineyards. The production techniques enhance its pleasantness and drinkability, and its aging takes place in large traditional oak barrels, which give it structure and a strong flavor. It is a complex wine, capable of aging excellently in the bottle for many years, thus pairing perfectly with many typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine.
