This wine comes from the hands of grandfather “Damo,” who left the family 40 casks of Vin Santo from 1986 to 1995. Each Vin Santo is bottled after 25 years of aging, always preserving the original “mother” (yeast). Made with indigenous grapes, all manually selected within the vineyard planted in 1958, it is a Vin Santo from another time.
