This wine was born from the desire to experiment and create something new, a bet of the producer who, through particular and innovative techniques, has chosen to focus on a sparkling wine in "Terra di Rossi"! Produced only in the best vintages from a blend exclusively of red grapes that come from the family's historic vineyard. Classic method sparkling wine, Millesimato and zero dosage with its flavor, freshness and a particular aromatic texture make it a successful bet, fully enhancing the peculiarities of our vineyard and our production.

Production techniques

  • Fermentation
    The grapes are harvested and selected by hand, then fermented
  • Maturation
    On the lees 48 months - 12 months in the bottle following disgorgement.
  • Cellaring
    The disgorgement is carried out in the glacé using the same wine produced without the addition of sugars as a liqueur d'expédition (zero dosage - pas dosé).
